Role Overview: Provide essential support to the Investor Relations team, ensuring smooth operations through exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-tier administrative support, including schedule management, meeting coordination, and correspondence handling.
- Organise and oversee investor events in London and globally, with a focus on Africa.
- Arrange comprehensive travel plans, covering visas, currency, accommodations, and logistics.
- Prepare and distribute professional marketing materials for investor engagements.
- Maintain meticulous records, including meeting notes, contact lists, and CRM data.
- Compile detailed profiles of key investors and stakeholders.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including social media management.
- Process invoices, credit card reconciliations, and expenses with precision.
Key Attributes:
- At least 5 years of experience in high-level PA or administrative roles, preferably in private markets or fundraising.
- Passion for Africa and impact-driven initiatives.
- Professional, calm under pressure, and positive.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and discretion.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with effective time management.
- Experience in planning international events and managing budgets.
- Reliable, adaptable, courteous, and well-presented.
- Skilled in complex travel bookings and expense reconciliation using Concur.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., DealCloud, Affinity) and advanced Microsoft Office applications.
