We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Human Resources Manager to join our team and help drive our company's success. Our employees are the cornerstone of our business, and we believe that a strong team is essential for our growth as a leader in sustainability.
As part of the HR team in Luxembourg, you will handle a variety of responsibilities, ensuring smooth daily operations and managing employee relations. Your role will be crucial in promoting a high-performance, collaborative culture by providing our employees with the best practices and resources they need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to departure. Lead efforts to attract and retain top talent and manage fit and proper assessments.
- Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of our organizational structure. Propose improvements and manage updates to organizational charts, processes, and procedures.
- Create a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and fostering open communication. Collaborate with the Staff Delegation.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Stay updated on employment legislation in Luxembourg and coordinate with the Group HR team on various projects.
- Oversee performance-related HR processes, including performance management, salary reviews, talent management, and training. Implement the company's performance management system and support management in staff appraisals.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Handle all government administrative processes and filings. Coordinate with government and public administration bodies on behalf of the company.
- Support the management of contracts for external consultants and interim workers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience in the financial sector.
- Extensive knowledge of Luxembourg labor and social legislation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with partners.
- A team player who enjoys working with various stakeholders across all levels and functions of the business.
- A curious mind and a passion for learning.
