What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion & Client Acquisition - Identify new business opportunities through strategic research, networking, and outreach. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance adoption of our blockchain solutions.
- Sales & Outreach - Develop and execute a pipeline of potential clients through targeted prospecting, lead generation, and industry engagement.
- Product Advocacy - Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations that showcase our suite of blockchain solutions to both technical and executive audiences.
- End-to-End Sales Process - Manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification and negotiation to contract execution, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Client Insights & Strategy - Gather market feedback to refine our product offerings, working closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with industry needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work alongside leadership, product teams, and marketing to align business strategies and optimize go-to-market efforts.

What You Bring
- Proven Sales Success - 10+ years and a strong track record in software sales, particularly within blockchain, fintech, or financial services.
- Consultative Selling Expertise - Ability to understand client pain points and position solutions that drive real value.
- Technical Fluency - Familiarity with blockchain platforms, financial markets, and digital asset infrastructure.
