Position Overview: As an FP&A Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting their financial planning and analysis functions. You will work closely with senior management to provide insights and recommendations that drive their acquisitive strategy and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and acquisitions.
- Monitor and report on key financial metrics and performance indicators.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze financial data.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Support the integration of acquired companies into our financial systems and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, or a related finance role.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with acquisitions and integration is a plus.
