A leading, regulated cryptocurrency exchange with offices worldwide is one of the first exchanges with licenses to operate across Europe, the US, and Asia combined. This financial institution is licensed by the CSSF in Luxembourg too.

Role Description

An enthusiastic and dynamic individual is sought to join the Business and Customer Operations team as a Customer Relationship Manager. This role involves driving business growth by building relationships with corporate and VIP customers while contributing to the streamlining of operations. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside and learn from a leading market player in the crypto-asset sector, a fast-growing revolutionary industry. Familiarity and genuine interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology are highly desirable. The candidate must be based in Luxembourg.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily operational tasks
  • Support the Head of Operations in organizing the team
  • Review procedures and processes to improve efficiency
  • Assist with customer onboarding, with a special focus on corporate customers
  • Oversee operational tasks related to EU customers
  • Manage customer relationships with corporate and VIP customers
  • Collaborate closely with compliance and finance teams to support projects and workstreams related to the Operations department
  • Aid in the planning and execution of projects related to EU operations
  • Assist in drafting social media posts and articles

Requirements

  • Experience working with high-profile companies and individuals
  • Experience writing procedures
  • Experience in Fintech, ideally in crypto
  • Hands on with cutomer relationship experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to express ideas or facts clearly
  • Disciplined and a good team player
  • Experience working in a financial institution is a plus
  • Proficient in Excel
  • SQL knowledge is a plus
  • Fluent in English. French or German are a plus.
