Requirements:
- 3+ years of recent commercial underwriting experience with a habitational focus.
- 2-7 years of habitational underwriting experience (apartments, condos, hotels, motels).
- Tech-savvy and strategic thinker.
- Must reside in California (bonus for LA area).
