Actuarial Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and management of P&C insurance products, ensuring they meet market demands and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct comprehensive actuarial analysis to support product pricing, profitability, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including underwriting, marketing, and sales, to develop and implement product strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to inform product development.
  • Provide actuarial support for new product launches and enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Associate or Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS/FCAS) designation preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in actuarial roles, with a focus on P&C product management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in actuarial software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing P&C insurance products from concept to launch.
