Account Executive:

Responsibilities:

• Oversee renewals, insurance submissions, quotes, negotiations, and proposals.
• Retain and grow business by upselling new coverage lines.
• Maintain regular client contact to meet their needs.
• Review and recommend changes to insurance contract provisions.
• Mentor and develop team members.
• Coordinate quarterly claims and risk management meetings.
• Handle technology, real estate, and manufacturing accounts.
• Update and strategize with producers.
• Participate in new business presentations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; Risk Management & Insurance majors preferred.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• P&C license required within 90 days of employment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret business reports and make decisions.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and possess excellent time management skills.
• Willingness for limited travel.
