One of our top clients in the hedgefund space has a new, Senior SRE hiring mandate out of New York.
This position is crossfunctional, operating across multiple lines of business and tasked with evangelizing the importance of SRE from phase one. The day to day work includes automation, instrumentation, optimization, incident response, and consultative support for other engineering teams. You will be part of a cohesive group of engineers and investment professionals who are partnering to build world class tools and systems.
The main focus will be:
- Understanding the end-to-end flow across applications at a business level
- Ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of applications in production
- Owning the automation of repetitive tasks and resolution of systematic issue
Key Qualifications
- Superior four year education (top 30 Compsci school with excellent GPAs)
- Three to six years of professional experience in the engineering space
