A rapidly expanding independent Fintech company is seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative to fuel its growth. Focused on innovation, this company partners with institutional investors to navigate complex investment strategies, making this role a key player in building relationships with the right prospects. As part of the North American sales team, you'll be integral in driving the sales process.

In this position, you'll manage outreach and relationship-building efforts with both clients and customers, utilizing cutting-edge platforms that are reshaping the investment landscape. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, both written and verbal, and thrives in high-interaction environments, engaging through calls, emails, and other channels. Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate contact with potential clients through various communication methods.
  • Assess potential clients' needs and qualify leads to determine which are the best fit for the sales team to pursue.
  • Conduct research to identify and target prospects in the market.
  • Build relationships with prospective clients, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement.
  • Keep accurate records of interactions and progress within the company's CRM system.
  • Work closely with colleagues across the sales and marketing teams to adjust outreach strategies and improve lead generation efforts.

Key Qualifications:

  • Exceptional ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude, even when faced with challenges or rejection.
  • Highly self-driven, with the ability to stay focused on objectives and prioritize tasks to meet targets.
  • 2+ year of experience in a client-facing, sales, or outreach role within Financial Services or Fintech.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
