Role:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with SME and MME clients to understand their financial needs and provide customised solutions.
- Manage and grow the liabilities portfolio, including deposits, cash management, and other liability products.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and increase deposits within the SME and MME segments.
- Conduct regular reviews of client accounts to ensure optimal product usage and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive banking solutions and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities in Hong Kong and China to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies specific to the regions of Hong Kong and China.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business banking, with a focus on liabilities for SMEs and MMEs.
- Proven track record of managing and growing a liabilities portfolio.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services, including deposits and cash management, tailored to SMEs and MMEs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus.
