Financial Risk Officer (m/f/d) - Risk Controller / ICAAP
🔍 Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and evolve risk reporting processes
- Develop and enhance ICAAP and ILAAP models and methodologies
- Monitor and control market price and liquidity risks
- Contribute to risk strategy and inventory initiatives
- Implement the annual risk-bearing capacity report
- Interpret new regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable steps
- Support and coordinate cross-functional projects
- Represent Risk in committees and, where needed, take a leadership role
✅ Your Profile:
- Degree in economics, mathematics, physics, or similar field
- Professional experience in risk controlling, ALM, consulting, or auditing
- Hands-on experience with ICAAP is a plus
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (MaRisk, EBA Guidelines, Basel III/IV) and accounting (HGB, IFRS)
- Analytical mindset, confident communicator, and decision-maker
- Self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility
- Proficient in MS Office and data analysis; experience with SAS, R, or Python is a bonus
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
