Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance C++ applications for trading systems.
- Implement and optimize trading algorithms to ensure efficient execution and low latency.
- Collaborate with quantitative analysts and traders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production systems to ensure smooth operation.
- Continuously improve system performance and scalability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in C++ development, preferably in a trading or financial environment.
- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.
- Experience with multi-threading, low-latency systems, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems and development tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other programming languages such as Python or Java.
- Knowledge of financial markets and trading strategies.
- Familiarity with network programming and distributed systems.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration tools.
