Job Title: Vice President, Interest Rates Sales (Corporate Clients)

Location: New York City, NY

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vice President to join our Interest Rates Sales team in New York City. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and managing relationships with corporate clients, focusing on interest rate/derivative products. This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, strong analytical skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored interest rate solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including trading, research, and risk management, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
  • Monitor market trends and provide clients with timely insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing the value of our interest rate products.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide exceptional client service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and maintain a high level of product knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in interest rates sales or a related field, with a focus on corporate clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of interest rate products, financial markets, and economic trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
