A premier global investment firm-managing over $185 billion in assets across 24 offices worldwide-is seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to join its Capital Markets Technology team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact technology initiatives supporting sophisticated investment strategies in the private and liquid credit space.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in delivering technology solutions that enable front-office efficiency and back-office accuracy across a dynamic and growing credit platform. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as Product Owner for systems supporting private credit business functions, including third-party vendor platforms.
Partner closely with investment professionals and development teams to deliver end-to-end technology solutions aligned with business goals.
Lead and prioritize a roadmap of initiatives, from ideation through implementation and post-deployment optimization.
Act as a subject matter expert in investment management systems-particularly within private credit and fixed income-helping drive enhancements and efficiencies across trading, analytics, and operational workflows.
Provide oversight of system integration efforts, manage vendor relationships, and ensure adherence to best practices in systems analysis and delivery.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
7+ years of experience in business and systems analysis, preferably within a buy-side investment management firm.
Strong understanding of financial markets, particularly private credit and fixed income instruments and workflows.
Proven track record working across cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable technology solutions.
Proficiency with tools such as SQL, Excel, and BI platforms (e.g., Power BI); familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to translate complex requirements into actionable technical plans.
