Position Overview
We are seeking a Junior Quantitative Researcher to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong quantitative background, a passion for financial markets, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop quantitative trading strategies using advanced statistical and machine learning technologies.
- Implement models to simulate market behavior, including price and risk control models.
- Identify market behavior and trading opportunities using advanced quantitative methods.
- Backtest and analyze trading models and systems.
- Conduct innovative research in machine learning and unconventional data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Natural Science, Engineering, or Economics.
- Strong knowledge of statistical probability.
- Excellent programming skills in C++, Python, or R, and familiarity with statistical and machine learning software.
- Experience in database programming.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
