Our Client is a well-known firm in the private equity sector, the firm is focused on healthcare investments. They are seeking an experienced Vice President of Investor Relations to join their team in San Francisco, CA.
This person will work closely with the Head of Investor Relations and have a unique opportunity to leverage the firm's past success and existing relationships in a high growth area of the private equity market. There is significant opportunity for development as well as success based compensation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with current and prospective investors, providing timely updates and addressing their needs.
- Develop and execute a strategic investor relations plan to enhance the firm's reputation and engagement.
- Coordinate investor meetings and events to present the firm's investment strategy, market positioning, and opportunities.
- Collaborate directly with the Head of Investor Relations to effectively communicate the firms overall vision, strategies, and investment opportunities to stakeholders.
- Monitor the firms performance, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform investor communications and reporting.
- Primary contact for investor inquiries, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely communication of the firm's performance, strategy, and outlook.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in investor relations or capital markets with a strong understanding of healthcare and private investment strategies.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Healthcare and impact experience preferred.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in interpreting financial statements, market trends, and investment performance.
