Role Responsibilities
- Oversee the execution of real estate deals from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Conduct comprehensive real estate modeling to support investment decisions and project feasibility assessments.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including investment, legal, and compliance, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with external partners, including contractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
Role Requirements
- Proven experience in project management and deal execution within the real estate sector.
- Strong proficiency in real estate modeling and financial analysis.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex project details clearly and persuasively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical standards.
- Willingness to travel as needed to oversee project sites and meet with stakeholders.
