Head of Investor Relations - Private Equity
A leading DeepTech-focused private equity firm with $500 million in assets under management is seeking an experienced Head of Investor Relations. The firm is preparing to launch a $400 million fund in 2025/26 and is looking for a dynamic leader to spearhead all investor relations and fundraising activities across the US and EMEA. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the firm's investor relations strategy to enhance and expand institutional relationships.
Lead fundraising initiatives for the upcoming $400 million fund, managing the end-to-end process including investor targeting, due diligence, and closing.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with institutional investors, family offices, sovereign wealth funds, and other LPs.
Act as the primary point of contact for all investor inquiries, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop compelling marketing and investor presentation materials.
Oversee the production of investor reports, updates, and other communications.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the firm's investment strategy, portfolio performance, and market positioning.
Represent the firm at investor conferences, meetings, and events across US and EMEA markets.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, or capital raising within private equity, venture capital, or alternative investments.
Proven track record of raising institutional capital from US and EMEA investors.
Strong knowledge of DeepTech sectors and the investment landscape.
Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful fundraising strategies.
Exceptional presentation and negotiation abilities.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CFA preferred.
