Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions while identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Strategically manage assigned accounts to increase market share and meet individual sales goals.
- Effectively communicate investment opportunities through various channels, including virtual and in-person interactions
- Represent the firm at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and expand the client base
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in fixed-income financial markets or business development within financial institutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Power Suite
- Strong knowledge of fixed-income investment products
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses
- Experience with Salesforce.com
- Familiarity with Bloomberg and financial market data tools
- Ability to effectively engage and communicate with senior-level executives
