Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in primary casualty underwriting.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in underwriting software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in insurance, finance, or a related field preferred.
