A leading sector focused middle-market private equity firm in Oklahoma, is looking to bring on an Investor Relations Associate to support the firm's investor relations efforts. The firm has an elite track record of being active in the market. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment while developing your career in investor relations. Additionally, this role would provide the opportunity for long-term growth within the firm as well as opportunity to get more heavily involved with client-facing activities over time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with raising funds and managing LP relationships
- Work closely with the investment team for smooth fundraising execution.
- Gain mentorship from senior leadership, accelerating professional growth.
- Onboard investors and manage related processes, including maintaining CRM systems, quarterly reports, responding to investor information requests (RFPs), completing due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), and organizing marketing materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- Banking background wanting to transition to a more investor relation position.
- Marketing and fundraising experience (a plus).
- Meticulous and detail-oriented with strong client-facing skills.
