Company Summary: We are working with a top tier privately held Fintech Payment Services firm looking to add a Corporate Development Manager to their team sitting fully remote! You will have the opportunity to support end-to-end deal execution process, and help drive strategic decision making while working directly with the CFO and other c-suite level executives.
Corporate Development Manager will be responsible for:
- Drive strategic decision making on organic and inorganic work through strategic initiatives and projects
- Conduct research and lead analyses on target companies, industries, and markets
- Assisting in the execution of M&A transactions, such as financial modeling, valuation, comparable and relative value analysis.
- Identify and research potential acquisition opportunities through market analysis and interactions with business partners
Corporate Development Manager should have the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of M&A experience within Investment Banking, Consulting, Transaction Advisory or Private Equity.
- Ability to perform data analysis as well as visualization methods
- Extensive experience across the Technology space is preferred but not required.
