Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President to join their Financial Restructuring team in London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial restructuring, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex projects and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage financial restructuring projects across various industries.
- Develop and implement restructuring plans, including financial modeling and analysis.
- Negotiate with creditors and stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Provide strategic advice on mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, boards, and committees.
- Oversee the preparation of financial reports and compliance documentation.
