I am partnered with a leading digital asset management firm that is actively hiring HFT quant traders, quantitative researchers, and algorithmic crypto traders to trade high-frequency and latency-sensitive strategies across digital assets and crypto futures.
My client is looking for experienced professionals with a strong track record of alpha generation in crypto markets, particularly in high-frequency trading (HFT), market making, or statistical arbitrage strategies. Traders will have access to significant firm capital, proprietary infrastructure, and low-latency execution on major crypto exchanges such as Binance, Bybit, OKX, and Deribit.
Who My Client is Looking For
HFT Quant Traders & Researchers (QRs)
- Experience developing and executing high-frequency trading strategies in crypto, equities, or futures markets
- Expertise in market microstructure, order flow analysis, and execution algorithms
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, Rust, or Go
- Ability to optimize execution and minimize latency in ultra-fast trading environments
- Familiarity with major crypto exchanges (Binance, Bybit, OKX, Deribit) and API-driven trading
Discretionary & Systematic Crypto Traders
- Proven PnL track record trading crypto futures, perpetual swaps, or spot
- Strong understanding of quantitative and discretionary trading strategies in volatile digital asset markets
- Ability to manage risk and optimize trade execution in highly liquid and fragmented markets
- Experience trading firm capital or managing an independent book is a plus
