Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Vice President of USD Investor Relations to join our team in Shanghai. Thisposition will play a critical role in fundriasing and overseeing the macroeconomic trends that impact our investment strategies. The successful candidate will have a strong background in growth investment and will be instrumental in the launch and management of the upcoming Fund IV.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential USD investors.
- Provide strategic insights and updates to investors regarding fund performance, market trends, and investment opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the Partner of USD Investor Relations to align investor relations strategies with overall business objectives.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of investor communications, including quarterly reports, annual meetings, and ad-hoc updates.
- Monitor and analyze macroeconomic trends to inform investment strategies and decisions.
- Lead fundraising efforts for Fund IV, including the development of marketing materials and investor presentations.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry best practices in investor relations.
- Represent the firm at industry conferences, investor meetings, and other relevant events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in investor relations, investment banking, or a related field, with a focus on growth investment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing investor relationships and fundraising efforts.
- Strong understanding of macroeconomic trends and their impact on investment strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to a diverse audience.
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
