Job Description:
A leading global investment bank is seeking an experienced Delta 1 Quantitative Strategist to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and programming, with the ability to work in an energetic front office environment. You will work closely with the local traders to support trading strategies for Delta 1 products, including equity derivatives, ETFs, and index futures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quantitative models for pricing, risk management, and trading of Delta 1 products.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market data to identify trading opportunities and optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with traders to design trading tools and execute trading strategies.
- Build and maintain robust infrastructure for data analysis, back-testing, and real-time trading.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of trading strategies and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in quantitative analysis or trading, preferably with Delta 1 products.
- Proficiency in Python or C++ programming.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
