Talent Acquisition Director

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Director to join our team. This role is critical to our mission of building strong, diverse teams that drive the success of our portfolio companies and further growth the firm's network within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Design and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent for portfolio companies and C-Suite level individuals.
  • Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
  • Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with senior management and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition.
  • Build Talent Pipelines: Establish and maintain robust talent pipelines through networking, industry events, and partnerships with universities and professional organizations.
  • Enhance Employer Branding: Promote our firm's employer brand through various channels, including social media, job boards, and industry events.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with relevant laws and regulations and adhere to best practices in diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition with a buy side firm.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders. Proficiency in recruitment software and tools.
  • Attributes: Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
