Middle Office Analyst
We are currently partnered with a leading financial services firm that is looking to expand its Middle Office team with multiple new hires. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals to join a growing and dynamic team in a high-performing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily trade processing, ensuring timely and accurate trade capture, settlement, and reconciliation.
- Manage trade lifecycle events, working closely with front office, risk, and operations teams.
- Monitor and resolve trade breaks and discrepancies in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk controls.
- Assist in the development and enhancement of operational processes and system efficiencies.
- Support new business initiatives, system implementations, and process improvements.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in a middle office, trade support, or operations role within a financial services firm.
- Strong knowledge of financial products, including derivatives, equities, or fixed income.
- Familiarity with trade processing systems and reconciliation tools.
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with various internal and external stakeholders.
