Finance Manager
On behalf of our client, a prestigious investment management firm based in Copenhagen, we are seeking a talented and experienced Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will be instrumental in driving financial strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing insightful analysis to support investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop comprehensive financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. Provide detailed analysis and insights to senior management.
- Reporting: Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Ensure all reports are accurate and timely.
- Investment Analysis: Perform in-depth financial analysis of potential investment opportunities. Offer recommendations based on thorough risk assessment and projected returns.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage the firm's cash flow to maintain liquidity and financial stability. Optimise working capital and manage debt financing.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Strategic Support: Work closely with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the firm's objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in finance management, ideally within the investment management sector.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modelling and analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Thorough understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
