Execution Research Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Execution Research Team develops quantitative solutions to improve trading execution efficiency. The role involves collaborating with trading, technology, and portfolio management teams to optimize execution, with a focus on FX, futures, credit, rates.
Responsibilities
  • Analyze post-trade TCA to identify inefficiencies and market trends
  • Perform markout and toxicity analysis on internal flows
  • Work with trading desks to optimize trading styles and algorithm selection
  • Refine and improve cost estimation models
  • Develop TCA tools, algo wheels, platform asset coverage, and ad-hoc research
Qualifications
  • MS or Ph.D. in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or Engineering
  • 1-4 years of Experience with FX, Futures, and OTC FICC TCA and/or algo-wheel optimization
  • Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Python, OneTick is a plus
  • Strong interest in financial products and investment strategies
  • Ability to multi-task in a time-sensitive environment
