"Businesses are still hiring, but hiring with much more of a strategic, bespoke manner. With Covid-19, headcounts were seriously reduced, and then came over-hiring for around 18 months to make up for that shortage. Now we have seen the reverse effect happening, but businesses still have projects to implement and platforms to launch. We are not seeing large headcounts or heavy pipelines of talent, instead organisations are hiring the right people to help them achieve their business goals."
