The Senior Developer VP is responsible for leading application systems analysis and programming activities. This role involves collaborating with management teams to integrate functions, identifying system enhancements, and deploying new products and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and resolve complex business and system process issues.
- Ensure application design aligns with overall architecture.
- Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
- Provide in-depth analysis and innovative solutions.
- Act as an advisor or coach to mid-level developers.
- Assess risk and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
Qualifications:
