Senior Advisor - Special Credit & Recovery (f/m/d)
An established institution in the Swiss banking sector is seeking to expand its Recovery function with an experienced professional. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex non-performing loan portfolios and provide strategic guidance within a collaborative and expert-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Independent management and oversight of non-performing loan positions across private and corporate client segments (including SMEs and large corporates)
Advisory support to affiliated banks and internal stakeholders on all recovery-related matters
Contribution to knowledge sharing through internal training and best practice dissemination
Profile:
University degree (or equivalent) in business administration, law, or a related field
Proven experience in corporate banking, ideally in restructuring, special situations, or credit risk
Strong interpersonal and advisory skills, with the ability to navigate complex negotiations
Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style
Fluency in German, with excellent command of French and English
