A leading, middle-market investment firm is looking to add a Senior Associate to their deal team in San Francisco. They focus on identifying, funding, and growing high-potential businesses across emerging tech sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Structuring and negotiating the acquisition and disposition of various types of investments
- Working directly alongside executive leadership of acquired firms to drive the professionalization and profitability of their organizations
- Participating in committee discussions around potential investments and strategic initiatives
- Due diligence, valuation analysis, and the negotiating of contracts and other agreements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or a related field.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
