Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Originations Senior Analyst to join our acquisitions and originations team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in sourcing, underwriting, and executing real estate investment opportunities. You'll work closely with senior leadership to evaluate new deals, build financial models, and support the end-to-end transaction process.

Key Responsibilities:

Deal Sourcing & Pipeline Management:
Support the originations team in identifying and tracking potential investment opportunities through broker relationships, off-market sourcing, and internal data tools.
Financial Modeling & Underwriting:
Build and maintain detailed pro forma models to analyze cash flows, returns, and capital structure assumptions for potential acquisitions and developments.
Market Research & Due Diligence:
Conduct in-depth market analysis, demographic studies, and comparable property research to support investment theses.
Investment Memos & Presentations:
Prepare high-quality investment committee materials, memos, and pitch decks for internal and external stakeholders.
Transaction Support:
Assist in managing the due diligence process, coordinating with third-party consultants, legal teams, and lenders through closing.
Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, sellers, and capital partners to support ongoing
