Key Responsibilities:
- Lead pricing and product development for life and annuity products
- Develop and refine actuarial models to support pricing strategies
- Analyze experience studies and set key pricing assumptions
- Collaborate closely with underwriting, finance, and product teams to align business objectives
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior actuarial analysts
- Present pricing recommendations and insights to senior leadership
Qualifications:
- ASA or FSA designation required
- 5+ years of actuarial experience, with a focus on pricing life and/or annuity products
- Strong actuarial modeling skills, experience with AXIS preferred
- In-depth knowledge of pricing methodologies, risk assessment, and assumption setting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven leadership and communication abilities
