The Investor Operations Analyst role offers a dynamic and engaging work environment with diverse responsibilities, including compiling performance data, coordinating compliance reviews, and preparing client reports. Investor Operations Analyst Job Responsibilities:
- Compile, evaluate, and review quantitative performance data for funds and portfolio companies, ensuring accurate reporting and understanding of performance and valuation drivers.
- Coordinate internal compliance reviews and approvals.
- Answer inquiries on fund performance, capital calls, and other fund-related activities, and participating in fund performance update meetings.
- Ensure timely delivery of reports to clients and relationship managers.
- Draft capital call and distribution notices for investors.
- Maintain communication with clients regarding portfolio company activities and their impact on valuation.
- Prepare and review quarterly client reports
- Coordinate periodic investment portfolio and valuation reviews with team members.
Investor Operations Analyst Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in Investor Communication or Financial Reporting, ideally within a financial services or investment management firm
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with strong Excel skills for data manipulation and presentation.
- Excellent communication skills.
