Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize fully systematic intraday trading strategies with holding periods of minutes to several hours.
- Design market-neutral strategies for overnight positions to manage risk effectively.
- Utilize quantitative analysis and algorithmic trading techniques to identify and capitalize on trading opportunities.
- Ensure strategies yield a minimum PnL of $1 million while maintaining a disciplined risk management approach.
- Regularly backtest and iterate on trading strategies to enhance performance.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to access and analyze large data sets for trading signals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a quantitative trader, particularly in intraday trading and market-neutral strategies.
- Strong proficiency in quantitative analysis, statistics, and algorithmic trading.
- Familiarity with the futures or options market is essential.
- A track record of achieving significant PnL in trading activities.
- Ability to think creatively and adapt strategies based on market conditions.
