We are seeking a highly driven Senior Director/Managing Director for a leading Mergers & Acquisitions team in Dubai. This is a unique opportunity to join a top-tier advisory firm, where you will leverage your expertise to drive deal origination and execution across the Middle Eastern market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Originate and lead M&A transactions with an annual fee generation target of $2.5M-$3.5M.
- Leverage an established network in the Middle East to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
- Manage end-to-end deal processes, from origination through to completion.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored M&A solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in originating $2.5M+ in annual fees.
- Sector-agnostic or experience in Industrials, Energy, or Business Services.
- Demonstrated network and relationships within the Middle Eastern region.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Arabic language skills are highly beneficial.
