They are now seeking a dynamic and skilled Product Manager to enhance their Investment Technology team in India. This role focuses on improving technologies related to finance and operations, including post-trade activities and fund accounting.
What You Will Do:
- Collaborate with business users, software developers, and tech leaders to develop solutions for middle back-office systems.
- Analyse business needs, define technical requirements, and prioritise product roadmaps.
- Support current applications and align product goals with various teams.
- Gather customer feedback to refine the product and prioritise features based on impact and feasibility.
Who We Are Looking For:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher with 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience in product management.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate non-technical user needs into technical requirements.
- Adept at solving open-ended problems using analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Capability to manage stakeholder needs, reach consensus, and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Understanding of back-office processes in a hedge fund or asset management firm is preferred.
