Korea IR - Global Real Estate / Infra PE Fund (Seoul)
Selby Jennings has partnered with a leading Global Real Esate / Infrastructure fund. The firm is currently seeking an IR professional to join their Capital Markets. This role will be based in Seoul, and will report to the Korea Head of Capital Markets.
Responsibilities:
- Provide fund management service to existing investors.
- Liaise with Korean local asset management companies and the ultimate beneficiary investors.
- Assist in fundraising activities for Korea and for the rest of the company.
- Assist in underwriting new overseas investment deals and prepare investment proposals to key target Korean LPs with extensive market studies and macro research.
- Other related works required either by management or headquarters office.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience at placement agents, investment banking, private equity fund or investor relations preferred.
- Possess strong research, analytical, numerical, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Korean.
- Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently.
