Our client, a global investment boutique, are looking to add a senior High Yield / Distressed Credit Salesperson to their team. This pivotal role will involve leading credit sales efforts, driving revenue growth, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in credit sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of financial markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Mentor and develop junior team members.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in credit sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of credit products and financial markets
