Responsibilites:
Define and execute the overall strategy for the retail deposit portfolio, aligning with broader business goals.
Lead the design, development, and management of deposit products and propositions.
Monitor and optimize product performance, including profitability, growth, and market share.
Collaborate with marketing, digital, analytics, and distribution teams to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
Leverage market insights and customer behavior trends to innovate and enhance offerings.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal risk standards.
Act as a thought leader and represent the retail deposits business in key internal and external forums.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Retail Banking
Proven track record in developing and executing successful retail deposit strategies.
Deep understanding of customer behavior, market trends, and digital transformation in banking.
