Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the equity derivatives market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, including hedge funds, asset managers, and insurance companies.
Provide clients with market insights, trading ideas, and risk management solutions.
Collaborate with trading, research, and structuring teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and senior management.
Mentor and develop junior sales team members.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in equity derivatives sales.
Fluent in Japanese (both written and spoken).
Strong understanding of equity derivatives products and markets.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
