Position: Client Executive
Role Overview: The Client Executive will be the primary contact for clients, responsible for ongoing relationship management and enhancing the client experience. The Client Executive is directly accountable for client satisfaction and driving positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take overall responsibility for managing complex Plan Holder/client accounts to ensure client satisfaction, persistency, growth, and profitability goals are met.
- Lead the renewal process for assigned clients, including data collection, proposal preparation, and negotiation of terms and pricing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers/consultants.
- Collaborate with the sales office to align on account management strategies and positions.
- Strategically manage the client lifecycle to deliver tailored solutions to their benefit needs.
- Lead client strategy meetings and the strategic planning process.
- Balance client needs with business objectives.
- Achieve annual financial growth goals by identifying opportunities for revenue optimization and block expansion.
Qualifications:
- BA or BS degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of group insurance experience in account servicing and/or management.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proven success in working with brokers/consultants and sophisticated clients.
- Ability to analyze data to influence renewal decisions and deploy appropriate solutions for clients.
- Proficiency in key technology platforms: Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams), Concur, Tableau, Salesforce.
- Ability to operate effectively in both in-person and virtual environments, building rapport with customers and brokers/consultants.
