Selby Jennings is currently partnered with one of the largest real estate debt managers globally. They are looking to bring on a Vice President of Asset Management to take on a larger role in supporting the management of the Real Estate Owned (REO) portfolio, which consists of diversified assets across multiple geographies.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the financial performance of the assets, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Develop and implement strategic asset management plans to optimize the performance and value of the portfolio.
- Conduct regular portfolio performance of the assets, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Collaborate with property managers to ensure operational wellness.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, stakeholders, and partners.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in asset management (debt or equity)
- In depth knowledge of multifamily or office assets
- Exposure to REO assets or distressed assets preferred but not required
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university and in good academic standing
- strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Must be in Dallas or willing to relocate
