Their Portfolio Valuations team is dedicated to delivering high-quality, independent valuation services to private equity firms, hedge funds, and other investment managers.
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vice President to join our clients Portfolio Valuations team in London. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and executing valuation engagements, leading client relationships, and contributing to the growth and development of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage valuation engagements for a variety of portfolio companies across different industries.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support valuation conclusions.
- Prepare and present detailed valuation reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional growth.
- Collaborate with other teams within the firm to deliver comprehensive advisory services to clients.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in valuation methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, CFA) preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in valuation, investment banking, private equity, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience in leading and mentoring teams.
- Knowledge of UK and European market dynamics is a plus.
