We are seeking a highly motivated Vice President, eRates Sales to drive electronic trading growth and client engagement. This role will focus on expanding electronic fixed-income trading capabilities, deepening client relationships, and optimizing trading strategies across global markets. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in eRates trading and sales, with a strong background in electronic trading platforms and a proven ability to execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute eRates sales strategies to increase client adoption and trading activity.
- Manage relationships with institutional clients, including hedge funds, asset managers, and banks, to expand electronic trading volumes.
- Leverage electronic trading platforms to enhance market liquidity, drive execution efficiency, and optimize pricing for clients.
- Collaborate with trading, technology, and product teams to enhance electronic trading capabilities and ensure seamless execution.
- Analyze market trends and client trading behavior to identify growth opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Provide insights and market intelligence to clients on eRates products, liquidity trends, and execution strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high ethical standards in all trading activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in eRates sales and trading, preferably within an electronic trading environment.
- Deep understanding of eRates products, market structure, and electronic trading platforms.
- Strong client relationship management skills, with a track record of growing electronic trading business.
- Ability to interpret market data, trading analytics, and liquidity trends to inform client strategies.
- Experience working with internal teams to drive product enhancements and trading platform improvements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.
