Cross Asset Solutions Structurer
Role:
- Develop and structure innovative financial products across traditional asset classes and digital assets.
- Conduct thorough market analysis and research to identify opportunities for new product development.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, trading, and risk management, to ensure successful product implementation.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored structuring solutions.
- Monitor and manage the performance of structured products, making adjustments as necessary to optimise returns and manage risks.
- Stay updated on regulatory developments and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide training and support to junior team members on structuring techniques and market trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or CFA designation is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in structuring financial products, with exposure to both traditional and digital assets.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and economic trends.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and structuring tools.
- Familiarity with blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
